BookAstro.in is the official booking platform for consultations with Vedic astrologer Nishit Jariwala, operated as part of the Astro Assured ecosystem. It is designed to make scheduling consultations and follow-up queries fast, simple, and entirely hassle-free.
How do I book a consultation?
You can book directly from the homepage by filling out a single, streamlined form. Simply enter your details, select your time slot, and proceed to payment.
How are consultations conducted?
Consultations are conducted via Voice Call at your scheduled time.
Can I edit my notes or questions after booking?
For Consultations: Yes, you can edit your notes or questions anytime after booking via your dashboard. However, please note that these are locked 12 hours before your appointment, and edits cannot be made after this time.
For Follow-up Queries: Edits are not possible through the dashboard once booked. If you have immediate changes, please reach out to the astrologer directly via WhatsApp within 3 hours of booking.
Why must first-time users start with a consultation?
We believe meaningful guidance requires depth, time, and mutual understanding. A single, isolated question cannot capture the complexity of a person's life. Starting with a comprehensive first session allows us to explore your Kundali thoroughly and establish a genuine foundation of trust before moving into targeted follow-ups.
What is the difference between a consultation and a follow-up query?
- Consultations: A comprehensive, live exploration of your Kundali and various life areas.
- Follow-up Queries: Asynchronous, pay-per-question options exclusively for returning users. These are meant for addressing specific, doubt-solving queries related to areas already explored in past consultations.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Apple Pay through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, you can freely reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time directly through the platform. Rescheduling is not available within 12 hours of the slot.
What happens if the astrologer cancels an appointment?
If an appointment must be canceled by the astrologer, you will be provided with priority rescheduling.
Delivery & Support
How are follow-up queries answered?
Follow-up queries are handled asynchronously via email and will be delivered within 48 hours of submission. They do not include a live call or consultation.
