Refund & Cancellation

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings made through BookAstro.in are final. We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any consultations or follow-up queries. 

2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests must be processed through the platform. Rescheduling is not possible within 12 hours of the appointment; in such cases, the user must place a new order.

For extreme circumstances, you may contact the astrologer at nishit@bookastro.in to request a manual adjustment at our discretion. 

3. Cancellation by Astrologer

In the event that the astrologer needs to cancel an appointment, the user will be offered priority rescheduling. Refunds are not provided in these instances. 

4. Follow-up Queries

Follow-up queries are non-refundable once submitted. These are asynchronous services and do not include live consultations or calls. Answers will be delivered via email within 48 hours of submission.
